Caterpy HD does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data whatsoever. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no in-app purchases, no chat and no social features. The app never sends any information about you or your device anywhere. Everything below is detail on that.
Caterpy HD ("the app") is a single-player game published by LOLS. It is suitable for children, and children may well be the ones playing it, so this policy is written on that basis.
Your game progress, meaning which levels you have unlocked, your scores and which collectibles you have found, is saved only on your own device. It is never uploaded. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

Android may list the permissions below, which are declared by the game engine the app was built with. The app itself does not use them to collect any information:
Caterpy HD is suitable for children. Because the app collects no data of any kind, it collects no data from children either. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families policy by simply not gathering anything. There is no advertising, no analytics SDK and no third-party service embedded in the app.

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your data is on your device and under your control.
Everything above is about the app. This website is a separate thing, and it counts page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics. That uses no cookies, does no fingerprinting and does not follow you across sites or over time, so there is no consent banner to click. It records no personal data and nothing that identifies you. The app itself is unchanged and still sends nothing anywhere.
