Caterpy HD does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data whatsoever. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no in-app purchases, no chat and no social features. The app never sends any information about you or your device anywhere. Everything below is detail on that.

Caterpy HD ("the app") is a single-player game published by LOLS. It is suitable for children, and children may well be the ones playing it, so this policy is written on that basis.

What the app stores

Your game progress, meaning which levels you have unlocked, your scores and which collectibles you have found, is saved only on your own device. It is never uploaded. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

Permissions

Android may list the permissions below, which are declared by the game engine the app was built with. The app itself does not use them to collect any information:

Internet, network state, Wi-Fi state: declared by the engine by default. Caterpy HD makes no network requests and works entirely offline.
Storage: used only to save your local game progress on your own device.
Vibrate: used only for in-game feedback.

Children's privacy

Caterpy HD is suitable for children. Because the app collects no data of any kind, it collects no data from children either. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families policy by simply not gathering anything. There is no advertising, no analytics SDK and no third-party service embedded in the app.

Third parties

None. No data is shared with anyone, because none is collected.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your data is on your device and under your control.

If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated date above.
